What app should we use?
You and your employees register your parking in the Aimo app. When your Corporate Account has been set up, your company name will appear in the list of payment options. Register your parking and select your Corporate Account (your company name) as payment method. That's it!
How do I manage the members of my Corporate Account?
You get access to an online portal where you have an overview of all your employees' parking. In the portal, you can add and remove users yourself whenever you need to.
Do I pay a cheaper parking tariff with a Corporate Account?
The parking tariff is the same whether you have a Corporate Account or not. However, the service fee may differ depending on the price plan you choose.
How many employees can be linked to a Corporate Account?
You can add as many employees as you like to your Corporate Account.
What information is on the invoice for my corporate account?
On your monthly invoice, you can see the total amount of parking costs you have accumulated during the current month. You can also see the total amount of the monthly cost based on the number of users.
Can you send the invoice to our leasing partner/fleet manager?
Currently, we invoice the company that joins the service. However, we are working on offering a good solution for those of you who want to collect your parking costs from your leasing partner!
