Receipts for purchases made via the Aimo app can be retrieved by going to Account - Parking & Charging - Receipt in the app or using the web version of the app.

Receipts from ticketless payment machines can be found by visiting the following webpage and entering payment details.

Other receipts can be ordered via this form.
