Please note that:

If it says Aimo Park Stockholm or Aimo Park Johanneshov on your bank statement, it does not mean that the vehicle has been parked in Stockholm. Our headquarter is located in Johanneshov Stockholm, therefore some transactions have Johanneshov/Stockholm as a reference.

Please note that the parking may have occured up to two (2) weeks back in time, sometimes even longer.

The card number to be entered is the number printed on the front of the card used at the time of parking. If you have replaced your card after the car park, this card has received new numbers. We can only search for payments made on the specific card you used at the time of your parking.
